Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every product you get from Glow Haven. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods). We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we can't be responsible for lost returns.
